Individual Designs

A large proportion of Deacon & Sandys' work is specially commissioned. Each project is distinguished by their commitment to historical accuracy, use of the traditional methods of joinery and hand finishing.

Individually designed oak staircases give natural warmth and refinement, oak wall panelling with exquisite hand carving transforms hallways, studies and libraries; overmantels with fine details from the 16th and 17th centuries create a sense of grandeur and history.

Oak radiator covers with turned spindle vents or with meshed grilles, walls of bookcases, random width oak boarded floors and specially designed pieces of furniture are regularly made to order by Deacon & Sandys.
